Anjali Sawhney, DO

Anjali Sawhney, D.O., is a primary care physician at Inspira Medical Group. She received her medical degree from the Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York and completed a family medicine residency at Northwell Health’s Plainview Hospital in New York. She also completed a behavioral health fellowship at Hoboken University Medical Center in New Jersey.
Dr. Sawhney believes in building long-term, collaborative relationships with her patients by listening closely and understanding their individual needs. She takes a patient-centered approach that emphasizes prevention, whole-person care and evidence-based best practices. By working closely with specialists and staying attuned to each patient’s goals, she strives to support their health every step of the way. Dr. Sawhney is also fluent in Hindi and Punjabi.
When she is not working, Dr. Sawhney enjoys hiking, trying out new recipes and spending time with her dog, Cleo.
