This was a consult for a colonoscopy screening and EGD for GERD, so was straightforward.

Dr Kaur ( or Nurse Practitioner Kaur) was AWESOME. She was very pleasant & professional & I would love to see her again in (10 yrs?)

Balbir was wonderful. Her communication skills are excellent. She answered all of my questions and was very respectful and pleasant to be with. She exemplifies Dr. Shields' manner of interacting with patients.

Ms. Kaur was excellent in spending extra time with me concerning an issue I was worried about I did not feel rushed and was given both useful advice and empathy.

I have already recommended this practice!

This appointment was for my non verbal autistic sister, Margaret. The care and respect shown to her was excellent. The nurse practitioner explained the situation in detail and gave options available. She was very kind

Just setting up an appointment for a colonoscopy- so no issues to discuss other than the prep.

NP Kaur listened to my details of my condition , gave a thorough exam, and prescribed appropriate imaging and bloodwork.
