Brett Weinstock, MD

Dr. Brett M. Weinstock is a Wills Eye Hospital Ophthalmologist who provides comprehensive eye care including management of cataract, glaucoma, and laser vision correction. He received his Bachelors in Science in Biomedical Engineering from Brown University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a research honors thesis. While in medical school at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, Dr. Weinstock graduated with honors, distinction in research, and was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Society. He went on to complete his residency at the prestigious Wills Eye Hospital, training on the most advanced technologies available for eye surgery.
Dr. Weinstock’s areas of expertise include management of complex cataracts, including use of advanced technology lenses, laser assisted cataract surgery, and correction of astigmatism using the ORA system. He also performs glaucoma procedures, functional eyelid surgery, femtosecond LASIK eye surgery, and PRK laser vision correction. Dr. Weinstock is a clinical instructor in the training of future residents at Wills Eye Hospital and medical students at Jefferson University. He is a member of the Cataract and Primary Eye Care Service, and covers emergency surgeries for the Wills Eye Emergency Room. He is also affiliated with Gloucester County Surgical Center in Mullica Hill and is a national member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
