Carolyn E Hagel, DNP

Carolyn Hagel, D.N.P., W.H.N.P.-B.C., is a urogynecology nurse practitioner with Inspira Medical Group. She has a strong foundation in women's health and brings years of clinical experience, academic expertise, and compassionate care to her patients. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialty in Women's Health from Rutgers University, where she currently serves as a professor, mentoring the next generation of nurses. She earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from Wilkes University in Pennsylvania.

Carolyn’s philosophy of care is centered around compassion, holistic treatment, and patient empowerment. She emphasizes health promotion, disease prevention, and informed decision-making, believing deeply in the importance of shared decision-making and open communication. Her goal is to ensure every woman feels heard, supported, and confident throughout her health journey.

Outside of her professional work, Carolyn is an active volunteer, teaching in children's ministry. She enjoys shopping, spending quality time with her family, bike riding, taking peaceful walks with her husband, and exploring the Caribbean.
