Christopher C. Derivaux, MD

Christopher Derivaux, M.D., is a thoracic surgeon at Inspira Medical Group. He received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He completed a cardiothoracic residency and research fellowship at New York University. He also completed a surgical critical care fellowship and a surgical residency and internship at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. He is board certified in thoracic and cardiac surgery by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery.
Dr. Derivaux is dedicated to providing advanced, minimally invasive care utilizing the latest surgical techniques and innovations. He works closely with a team of specialists to provide safe, effective treatment for conditions such as lung and esophageal cancer, pleural disease and other thoracic disorders.
Dr. Derivaux is also a lieutenant colonel in the United States Army. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, children and dog.
