Dr.Cramer is the best he always listens to what I have to say and he also explains everything to me without me feeling rushed. I am more than happy with him I just wish more Drs. Were like him. Inspira is very fortunate to have him!

Dr. Cramer was completely unprepared for this appointment. He showed little or no concern as to what I was telling him or what I was there for. This was my first meeting with him and I was thoroughly disappointed.

Recommendation would be very good if not for wait time to get an appointment scheduled

Great doctor cared about my well being and listen and answered my questions

My first few visits with Dr. Cramer were great . This last visit - has me seriously considering another PCP. One of the very first things he did after coming into the room was explain that he had 15 minutes . That is the time he allows himself with a patient. That comment set precedent for the entire visit as I wanted to go over meds and other concerns with him as I felt I was not on a ticking clock schedule. Instead of really talking to me about me my concerns, he wrote me referral for someone that I can't get in with for four months . He wants to see me in 2 months , for what reason ? To tell him where he referred me to , I haven't gotten into yet ? I really enjoyed Dr. Cramer in the beginning as I hadn't been to a doctor and established a PCP in over 20 years. My last visit was nowhere near good

Like I said earlier, I have no videoconfrencing capabilities, so I can see why the person trying to set up the appointment could be confused. Why is it so important that the individuals conducting the telemedicine session actually see each other?

He was so thoughtful and understanding. Took the time to gather my story and come up with a plan. I will definitely be seeing him again.
