This was my first time to practice. The doctor came in my room, very nonchalant as he really did not want to have any more patients , wasn't very pleasant and lacked very low concerns . he checked me and gave me referrals and sent me on my way. Seemed uninterested in my care

Dr. Gerald Orlando is a new physician for me and my spouse.I'm so relieved and grateful he is so on point with us and patient.

The staff is wonderful and Dr. Orlando is a top-notch physician, who gives excellent care. He is friendly and takes the time to listen and to address all of your concerns.

Since being released from the hospital I have had great support and contact with Dr Orlando. Telehealth was helpful since I am not able to walk or use the stairs yet. It was easy to use and made me feel better being able to see a doctor even though I a housebound until I get stronger. Dr Orlando's care and compassion are very evident in his actions.

He was touching his face and rubbing his eyes while he was talking to me and then examined my neck with bare hands. It was very disturbing and I will not be scheduling with Dr Orlando in the future.

Dr.Orlando is amazing! I feel like he is a young old school doctor. He listens, answers all questions and great bedside manner. I recommend him to family and ALL my friends. He truly cares about his patients and is prompt to address and solve any medical issues. I am very thankful I was recommended by an office staff member when he first started at the practice. He will definitely be my long term Primary Care Doctor! He's definitely a keeper!

This was my first wellness visit with Orlando. He listened to my heart and checked my ears. Ordered bloodwork. We did talk about the meds prescribed to me. He explained probable causes for the ringing in my ears but recommended and MRI.

Very good experience, listened to all my concerns and talked about a course of action.

Last visit Dr Orlando saw I had a problem with my EKG and sent me to emergency room. It lead to finding a blocked artery in my heart. Thank you for your care and concern
