Heather Carpenito, APN

Heather Carpenito, M.S.N., A.P.N., F.N.P.-C., is a nurse practitioner at Inspira Medical Group. She received a master of science degree from Wilmington University in Delaware, where she is also working toward a doctor of nursing practice degree.


Heather's practice is rooted in respect for autonomy, transparency, accountability, professionalism and leadership. She prioritizes patient advocacy, ensuring each individual feels supported and empowered to make decisions that align with their beliefs and values. Heather believes that effective communication, active listening and understanding are essential to building trust, optimizing patient care and improving health outcomes.


When she is not working, Heather enjoys her time as a member of the Gloucester County Vixens dragon boat team, vacationing in Sea Isle and spending time with her two sons.
