Janeen Burns is truly exceptional. From the moment our visit began, she listened attentively and made me feel completely heard. I never once felt rushed, and she took the time to understand every one of my concerns and anxieties with genuine compassion. Her empathy, professionalism, and personable approach immediately put me at ease-it honestly felt like talking to a trusted friend in a professional setting. Janeen has been one of my favorite people throughout my medical journey, and Inspira is incredibly fortunate to have such an outstanding caregiver on their team.

I've been with this office for several years and my experience this time was horrible. When we arrived the front staff was poor. They were very loud. They were listening to music loudly and were so unprofessional. I would never confront anyone about this but my husband was so taken back he wanted to leave. It was not appropriate when you have sick people in the waiting room. When my nurse came in she didn't take my blood pressure correctly. When the dr came in she looked at me & said do I know you. Mind you I've been her pr for several years. I would think she should have known me. Also I explained that since she was not working on Monday I went to the chiropractor and that my chiropractor sent me to her & she said I don't like to be told what to do from another dr. All I said was the chiropractor recommended an anti inflammatory & something for pain and he thought I might have a ruptured disc. I'm not sure what was going on the day I came in but it wasn't my normal experience with this office it really took me back

Dr. Burns is the best. I trust her totally. It's just a shame that I will never go to your emergency room at inspira mullica Hill. I was there for a short visit and I was not happy with the care the way they took blood out of me in the middle of the waiting room with people around me. I did fill out a survey about my emergency room visit and no one ever contacted me back but I kind of expected that

Y'all are always so wonderful to work with! Thank you for making me laugh (despite my wheezing) and getting me the medication I needed: I feel a MILLION times better already. I've missed being able to speak and sing. Thanks for helping me get better before my birthday :)

She has a way of showing empathy that resonates with my mom who can be difficult with her mental disorder and anxiety. My mom leaves very upbeat and agreeable to recommended treatments, which is not easy to get through to her!

Janeen is the very best medical professional I have seen. She is personable and she listens and suggests and is on point with any tests or suggestions. She explains her thoughts and I would recommend her to everyone.

I have praised Dr. Burns high and low to anyone who will listen. Never have I been able to walk into an office, be taken seriously with any concerns that could otherwise be overlooked or underestimated, and have someone instantly determine a course of action for my health where they seem just as invested in my future as I do. She even proactively sought to ask about a potential diagnosis of ADHD -which, in a world of "TikTok-initiated self diagnoses", I was far too nervous to bring up on my own. Even more than that, Dr. Burns treats me not as a patient, but as a human. I feel SEEN when I enter her office. As someone who has encountered every other physician under the sun across our country, trust me when I say how rare it is to feel like a cure-worthy person and not a tolerated problem. Thank you, Dr. Burns: you've done more for me than you know.
