She seemed overworked, distracted, and not interested. Said 'yeah, I guess I'm your doctor' ... Didn't feel very good.

I was not examined by doctor. The office had many patients so I asked to change date and I have a new date for next month.

The Physician was very unfriendly and somewhat rude. The visit was very rushed cold.

I explained everything I needed she took notes and listened not much discussion, but made sure I had all the services I required.

Unfortunately Dr. Naticchia did not talk to me about anything but some standard questions she was more concerned about typing on her computer. No bedside manner whatsoever. Communication was limited to only what the doctor had to say it was like she was reading a script like a robot. I didn't get to ask any questions at all sadly. It was very uncomfortable and cold.

I'm so happy to have found this dr. She made everything simple for me to understand and to remember what I'm to do when I leave her office. Very caring and supportive.

I could not hear Dr. Naticchia on the video on my cellphone. Dr. Naticchia called me because the video didn't work. Inspira is the only medical organization that has an inferior telehealth. Jefferson, Virtua, and Cooper all have better quality video telehealth through a computer or laptop.This is not the first time that the video telehealth did not work through Inspira.

Dr Naticchia is very good and caring. She showed immense empathy during my visit and followed up with me on everything she said she would and went above and beyond expectations.

Dr Naticchia continues to look at her computer far more than me during my visits. While she has an excellent resume and I appreciate her experience with sports medicine, her bedside manner is totally lacking.

I been coming to this Dr's office for over 15 years each time I see Jennfier I feel rushed This recent appointment she went to listen to me breathe in and out before I even could completely breathe in and out she moved her hand around and what really kills me the last one her hand wasn't even touching my back to listen. I felt so rushed in explaining why I was there. She even stepped out to get my primary doctor Dr halgado because she said she's not good with rashes. He came into the room glanced over at me and they decided or I should say dr. Halgado said it looks like contact dermatitis with posion ivy oak or sumac Jennifer also gave a list of dermatologist incase it didn't improve with the prescriptions that were prescribed. And everytime I finished a sentence she was getting up to leave not realizing I was still addressing my health issues I felt so rushed

Dr. Naticchia is one of the best providers I have seen. She is very active in helping you get the car you need, including helping you get into see specialist or other providers.
