Dr Madhavan actively listens to the patient; and actually hears the patient's concerns & issues. He treats the person and their symptoms, not just what is written in the imaging report. Dr. Madhavan easily reads between the lines when delicate issues are discussed. He suggested further possible treatments for me to request of my other care providers to possible FIX my issues, and not just mask the symptoms with continuing numbing injections. I would give Dr. Madhavan the absolutely highest score possible!!!!!!!!

Dr. Madhavan had read my history, and was familiar with my test results before he came in to see me. He gave me confidence in the treatments I had been given in the past.

I'm deeply grateful for Dr. Madhavan's concern and empathy in helping me throughout this journey. He was very clear in explaining any issues I had, what I could do, and how happy he was with my progress so far.

My surgery was in September of 2024. I should have rehab after the surgery. Every visit I advised the doctor for scheduling rehab. My last visit I again advised the doctor of not having rehab. He reply was astonishment that I had rehabilitation after the surgery. He said he would write a prescription. I told him not to bother since he had not bothered to ensure I had rehab. I told him I will not return and will not recommend him. I was just a number in his revolving door of patients. I know this survey and my concerns will not change to improve medical care for patients. It's a disgrace. People are "fed-up" with medical care. There are no cures just continuous drugs to prolong care to support pharmaceutical elite business.

I like physicians who take a conservative approach, rather than wanting to slice and dice from the get go. The doctor was very good at explaining the problem and offering possible approaches to solve same.

Dr. Madhavan is the ONLY doctor of many that I have consulted for this issue who actually pressed his hands on my body to ascertain the exact location of the course of my pain - KUDOS!!!
