Gave the medical but advised having my cardiologist clearance since they do the ekg every 3-4 months

Dr Trom was so patient with me because I've been through a rough 3 months due to a sleep medication that was abruptly stopped by my medical ins and Medicare/Caremark? By doing so I was thrown into insomnia anxiety atrial heart flutter/afib which landed me in the hospital and needing a Cardioversion 2x's not successful! Within 3 weeks time I was back In hospital to have a heart Ablasion done.Keeping in mind from mid July to Nov 3 without no sleeping meds and no NORMAL SLEEP! On Nov 3 2025 Dr Trom GOD BLESS HER took the time to listen to this whole mess. She was very compassionate attentive and did all she could to calm me and get me back on track! At this time I am back on the sleep meds but have not changed my sleeping. I'm giving meds a chance to react. Will go back to Dr Trom to discuss.

Dr. Trom always is a pleasure to work with which is also the reason I choose her as my PCP. She takes the time to listen to her patients, maintaining professionalism and kindness. Her bed side manner while providing treatment and suggestions is unmatched.

Dr. Trom is a great doctor and she cares about her patients wants and needs and she also suggested a better care plan.

I waited almost an hour and the doctor did not even spend 5 minutes with me or go through the topics I think the nurse may have written down for discussion. In the past Dr Trom has always spent time so maybe this is unusual but I will most likely be looking for another primary care doctor for next year.

The Medical Assistant was great, Dr. Trom not so much I waited 20 mins in the exam room for her to come in and she only spent 2-3 mins with me and she had an attitude and this isn't the first time she has either cancelled my appointment due to being sick and her response is always to call Pulmonary- she never wants to have a visit with me ever since I was really sick last year- I think I will have to find another PCP- and I will not be paying for this visit because she didn't even explain that I had bronchitis nothing.

Truthfully, I felt brushed off. I shared something personal that is affecting my daily life and it was ignored. I asked questions and I was told there was nothing I could do. It takes a lot for me to even call the doctor in the first place.
