Dr. Greene is a new doctor for me. My previous long-term doctor, Dr. Huston would provide written reports at the end of every visit. This was EXTREMELY helpful. As a patient we go over much with the doctor and it can be very confusing to try to remember everything and especially the small details. I STRONGLY encourage you to return to immediate post appointment written summaries of the office visit.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit. Dr. Green did not demonstrate a strong bedside manner, and I did not feel a sense of connection or engagement during the appointment. She entered the room, sat down, and immediately began asking questions while focused on the computer, with minimal eye contact.Additionally, my annual well visit did not feel thorough. A full physical exam was not completed, my heart and lungs were not assessed, and there was no examination of my ears, mouth, or neck to evaluate for swollen lymph nodes or thyroid concerns, despite my family history of thyroid disease. When I requested hormone testing, I felt my concerns were dismissed. I was told that these tests are difficult to interpret and was directed to follow up with my OB instead. Similarly, when I brought up symptoms of perimenopause, the response was dismissive, and I was simply advised to start birth control without further discussion of options.Lastly, I received a call from the office stating I needed to return for a lipid panel because it had not been completed. However, upon checking the LabCorp portal, I was able to see that my lipid panel results were already available. This added to my frustration and lack of confidence in the care provided.Overall, I left the visit feeling unheard and dissatisfied. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

The issues about the fact that it was impossible to get ahold of the office or get a call back from anyone at the office were not addressed. And the fact of having to pay out of pocket after 3 months of phone calls to get the results and required paperwork didn't seem to be an issue with that office.
