Lauren Coffua, DO

Lauren Coffua, D.O., M.S., is a general surgeon and wound care specialist at Inspira Medical Group. She received her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her general surgery residency at both Crozer Chester Medical Center and Inspira Medical Center. There, she served as Chief Resident in her final year and was the recipient of the President's Award in General Surgery. She is certified in robotic surgery by Da Vinci.

Dr. Coffua is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care, taking the time to listen and understand each person’s unique needs. She believes in open, honest communication, encouraging patients to take an active role in decisions about their health and treatment. By combining the latest surgical innovations with a strong focus on safety and best practices, she strives to deliver care that is both effective and tailored to each individual. Above all, she values building lasting relationships and being a trusted partner in her patients’ health journey.

When she is not working, Dr. Coffua enjoys working on house projects, traveling, going down the shore and spending time with her friends, family, husband and two cats.
