My first doctors visit in many many years. She was great took her time with me was patient with all my crazy questions and extremely helpful

Ludmila always takes time to listen to my concerns. She is very easy to talk to.

In the beginning I had my doubts about seeing a nurse practitioner, but got over that after my first visit with Mila. I found her to be quite competent, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to speak with. I have a new respect for this field of medicine and what they provide.

The only delay was getting the second medication which they did first thing Monday morning but I called Friday I think late morning.

Ludmila listens & I never feel like I am rushed.

She is very cold and dismissive. Felt like I was bothering her.
