Meagan W. Vermeulen, MD

Meagan Vermeulen, M.D., F.A.A.F.P., is a primary care physician and family medicine residency program director at Inspira Medical Group. She received her medical degree from MCP-Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia and completed a family practice internship and residency at Virtua Health. She also completed fellowships with the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).

Dr. Vermeulen believes that the best care starts with listening to each patient and empowering them to make informed decisions about their health. She strives to create a compassionate, welcoming environment where people from all backgrounds feel safe and supported in sharing their needs and concerns. As both a physician and residency program director, Dr. Vermeulen fosters a culture of collaboration, patient safety and continuous learning, ensuring every patient receives care that is thoughtful, personalized and rooted in partnership.

When she is not working, Dr. Vermeulen enjoys all things Star Wars, spending time with her family (including pets), friends, and travel.
