My experience getting a prior authorization to be submitted regarding my prescription has prolonged for almost a month now it's very frustrating.

Considering changing my teen boys to this doctor from their current pediatrician. She was great and very easy to talk about concerns with.

I was there for refills but I was also sick. I was told that I was getting an inhaler but my pharmacy said that it wasn't sent. Also, I need refills for my ozempic but wegovy was sent over. It's still not refilled yet.

I would have liked to hear my test results from labs with the doctor directly instead of relaying information from the office. It would have been more efficient than having the discussion twice (once on the phone with the office and again at my follow up). I also would have liked to discuss medication options in more detail and more holistic approach to treatment. The appointment felt a bit rushed.
