Pinal is caring, gentle yet direct - I felt listened to and she advocated for me to get a mammogram when previous providers didn't. I've recommended her to others!

Did not feel she was encouraging overall wellness through requests or concerns I had and was more concerned on the cost, rather then potentially mentioning other alternatives. Felt more condescending conversation then a discussion on my health and wellbeing

Dr Patel (PA)) has been thorough in reviewing all my medical concerns and conditions, keeping me advised of options and working with me to find the best one(s) for my lifestyle/limitations over the years. She is an excellent listener, remembers our previous conversations and concerns and celebrates the smallest of victories with me.

Pinal Patel showed a lack of clinical understanding of my symptoms and did not offer any alternative explanations or ways of addressing the proper diagnosis. This is the 2nd time I've had this happen with her. I have completely lost confidence in her medical diagnostic abilities.

When it came to discuss my weight, I had lost weight since my last visit. My appointment was also at the end of the day, so I did weigh more than I do when I weigh myself in the morning. I felt as though my provider was rather critical about my weight in the aspect of giving criticism and not critique. While weight management is imperative and is not to be taken lightly, I was not keen on my provider's approach on the matter.

She's the best she is always there for me

You know people remember tge negative over the positive. It appears there was a staffing issue that day. If your employees don't show up- terminate them. There are plenty of people looking for a job.

Everyone at the practice are excellent. From my call requesting an appointment to checkout was great.

I could not get a good explanation of why I was prescribed antibiotics when the provider clearly thought my issue was viral.
