It boggles my mind that the doctors office, the insurance company and the supply company do not have loaner equipment for emergencies when CPAPs break, especially after all of the monitoring that is done when CPAPs are working. I literally went five days with very little sleep on my couch waiting for equipment and no one cared. It's even stranger that this could be prevented if a CPAP was replaced before failing and that is no longer an option.
