Shannon Pan, M.D., F.A.C.P., F.A.A.P., Dip. A.B.L.M., is a primary care provider at Inspira Medical Group. She received her medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and completed a residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at ChristianaCare Health System in Delaware. She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine.
Dr. Pan believes that lasting health begins with the everyday choices we make and focuses on preventing and treating chronic disease through plant‑forward nutrition, regular movement, restorative sleep, stress management and nurturing relationships. Her approach is holistic and deeply personalized, integrating evidence‑based lifestyle strategies with conventional medicine to support each person’s unique journey. She sees herself as an educator and partner, empowering her patients with the knowledge, tools and encouragement they need to thrive long after they leave her office.
When she is not working, Dr. Pan enjoys traveling, staying active outdoors and spending time with her family and dogs, Millie and Pearly.
