Dr Smick was very helpful

Smick ordered X=ray of arm. I have report but no one from MY DOCTOR OFFICE - Malik called to discuss report & options to cure. #1. Was GREAT!

My appointment with the nurse assistant was very productive she listened to me and answered my questions she also explained things clearly she made sure I that I understood everything that we talked about at my appointment this was the first visit that I had with her because my original doctor no longer works there I will continue to see her as I'm very pleased with my visit I didn't feel as though I was wasting my time

After feeling ignored and dismissed by another Dr, I was relieved that it felt like she actually listened to my concerns and will try to help me.

Stacey is always outstanding and has always given me the best treatment and care.

My condition has been going on for of a year no one can figure out what's going on with me which is why I scored 3 because she did do what she can considering no one can figure out what's going on

I have never had a Dr actually listen to me and spend time talking about what my diagnosis could be. Stacy was very helpful and quick in getting my prescriptions for testing done. And she was also concerned with WHY I'm having medical issues. Not just masking them.

The first time we had Smick I was not fond of her. I thought maybe it was just a stressful time and a bad day. I didn't recall being scheduled with her this past time, so I was upset when I found out we were going to be seeing her again. Gave her a second chance since we didn't have much choice. Never again. I made sure to let the office know that we do not want to be scheduled with her again. She is very judgmental and does not have bedside manners that doctors should have. She doesn't seem to have much of a personality or heart for the job :(
