I have been seeing Dr Susan Lotkowski since 2007 and I trust her with my care

Dr. Lotkowski is a very caring person who is well versed in medicine in general and neurology specifically. She listens carefully and always answers my questions thoroughly. I'm fortunate to have found her.

I have an excellent rapport with Dr Lotkowski. I can email her between appointments if I need anything

Very welcoming

I don't think Dr Lotkowski was properly was prepared for the appointment & did not seem she was familiar with a report of the six hour evaluation. My mother had had a few weeks prior that she ordered.

Whole experience was good from beginning to end. I have no complaints.

I would NEVER recommend her to anyone. She was rude and totally ignorant. Downright mentally, verbally and physically abusive. She should never be in a room without an assistant. I was appalled by her behavior to say the least. Will NOT be seeing her again. Totally disgusted

Dr Lotkowski is on top of her profession and easy to talk to.

The doctor was very short with us. She would not answer more than one concern. If we wanted to discuss two separate things we needed to make a separate appointment. She didn't have the time to discuss things like future care. She seemed agitated by or lack of knowledge. We will not be going back to this doctor and I would never recommend her to anyone. She said.She could help with some things.And her office staff had no Idea what were talking about. Pharmacy closed we gave the new pharmacy and still had to call back several times to finally get it to the right pharmacy.

Dr. Lotkowski is excellent. Knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding, explains everything in a way a layperson can understand.

I've had excellent care for several issues I see Dr Lotkowski to address, forever 5.5 years. Always an excellent visit, listens to my issues & concerns, asks good probing questions as needed. Then follows up with thorough feedback and engages me in explanations about the issue as well as diagnostic & recommended treatment plans I'm confident in as needed. I'd recommend her as neurologist to any family or friends needing neurology care.

I've been a patient of Dr Lotkowski for several years. She's provided excellent medical treatment for my issues, but I've disagreed, as a patient, with her treatment of migraines. The most effective treatment for me is sumatriptan injection at the onset of migraine. Dr Lotkowski will not prescribe this to me because of my age and because I gave a heart issue, even though a cardiologist I met with said there was no heart issue and there was no reason why I could not take sumatriptan injections.

Dr Lakowski is one of the best doctors i.have ever had the privilege of taking care of me. She not only takes care of my neurological issues she is always concerned about me as far as my other medical conditions. I highly recommend her to people who are looking for a neurologist.

The doctor had an attitude upon coming into the room. I believe that came from the information I stated to the nurse. I had questions about why Dr. Lotkowski or a nurse did not contact me about the results & what she stated in my electromyography report. Upon speaking with her about this matter, she started making faces and batting her eyes. It came across like she had an attitude. She seemed that she was very irritated because I was questioning why she stated "The study was technically limited by patients, needle phobia." If I had a phobia of needles, then I wouldn't have went through with the EMG testing. I did not refuse the testing. She stated that she put that in there based upon how my muscles reacted to getting stuck with the needles. That made no sense due to the fact that of course a person's body is going to react to being pierced with something. The same as the body would react with anything piercing through it. I was not in fear of being stuck with needles. I stated I don't like to be stuck with needles, but I do what I have to do. Anyone in their right mind would not like to have something piercing through their body. At the end of the testing, I said to this doctor that it was not bad at all & what about the other leg. Don't you have some other testing to do I stated and she responded no. Overall, needle phobia means that fear of needles created barriers that affected how smoothly and completely the study could be conducted. And this was not my case at hand. And I spoke with her about the list of problems that was put in the report as on going issues. Which should not be. The only issues that should be stated as the reason why I came to the office in the first place. Overall, I did not appreciate her unprofessionalism. It was so bad I had to ask her was she ok. So therefore, I do not wish to see her again.

Dr. Lotkowski is such a great Neurologist. I trust her completely, and I am following her advice!
